Terry A. Pombrio, 63 of Oak Street in Plattsburgh, passed away with her daughter, husband and son in law by her side, Monday September 15, 2014 at the Vermont Recpite House in Williston, Vermont after bravely battling brain cancer for over a year. She was born in Plattsburgh on May 19, 1951 daughter of the late John and Laura (Ransom) Postiglione.
Terry was a LPN working at the ARC and for North Country Home Care for many years. She also owned and operated Bell’s Bar and Grill for 17 years. Terry had an unbreakable bond with her daughter Vicki. The care that was provided to Terry and her family was second to none at the Vermont Recpite House.
Terry is survived by her husband Gary Pombrio of thirty seven years, her daughter Vicki Loner and her husband Mike of Hindsburg, VT., a granddaughter Alexandria Loner of Hindsburg, Vt., her siblings, Marie Dupell and her husband Mark of Morrisonville, John Postiglione and his wife Kathy of Peru, nephews, Kyle, Aaron, Johnny and Justin. She is also survived by three step sons, Larry, Craig and Steven.
Calling hours will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday September 18, 2014 at Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh. A funeral Service will follow in the Heald Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to the American Legion Post #20 following services. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
