Russell Allen Morgan, 60, of Keeseville, NY, died on December 25, 2020, at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh, NY, on November 14, 1960, the son of James Z. Sr and Evelyn (Beekman) Morgan of Willsboro, NY.
Russell graduated from Willsboro Central School, served his country in the US Navy, worked in New Hampshire and Tennessee before returning to the North Country. He was an avid Minnesota Viking fan.
He is survived by Brothers: Frederick (Pua) Morgan of Pago Pago, American Samoa, Walter (Lynda) Morgan of Willsboro, James Morgan Jr. of Essex, NY, Stephen (Judi) Morgan of Hermantown, MN, and Richard (Mona) Morgan of Willsboro.
Sisters: Barbara (Lloyd) Brockney of Willsboro, Beverly Lashway of Willsboro, Joan (Larry) Martin of South Glens Falls, NY, Joanne (Robert) McShane of Willsboro, Dora (Randy) Atwell of Westport, NY, and LouAnne Sayward of Willsboro. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Russell was predeceased by his parents and brother, Arthur Morgan.
Arrangements are in the care of Heald Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NY. A private burial will be held on a later date at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Elmore SPCA in Peru, NY as Russell loved his animals.
