Roy A. “Buck” Danforth, of the Bradford road in Plattsburgh, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday February 14, 2021 at his home. He was born in Plattsburgh on February 22, 1957 son of Frank and Darlene (Merriam) Danforth.
Roy loved to Fish on Sundays. He would often be found at one of his favorite fishing holes with one of his canines, Danny Dog, Captain, or Little Roy, by his side. He was always making people happy and had a huge heart. Roy will always be remembered for saying “Jeez” and “Allrighty”. He was a beloved son and brother and will be missed by many.
Roy is survived by his mom, Darlene “Polly” Danforth, his Pop Emile Provost, a sister Sandy Danforth of Plattsburgh, two brothers; Darwin Danforth and his wife Sandy and their children, Jordyn, Tara and Cooper of Churubusco, Ian Danforth and his companion Frankie of Orlando, FL..
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
