Robin W. “Bubbles” Branham, 60, of Military Turnpike in Plattsburgh passed away Friday September 9, 2016 at UVM Health Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh on May 17, 1956 son of the late Bronce and Elizabeth (Jabaut) Branham.
Robin was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 1619 and an avid NASCAR fan. In his younger days Robin loved going to camp with his son and his friends. He also loved racing at Airborne Speedway. In his later days he loved his Harley, spending time with his granddaughter and continued to support Airborne Speedway watching his son Jake and younger brother Bucko carry on the Branham Racing name. Robin fought a hard battle with lung and liver cancer.
Robin was survived by his son Jason "Jake" Branham and his fiancé Jessica Gregg and his only granddaughter Samantha, a sister Betty Harrell, a brother William "Punk" Branham, a sister and brother in law Diane and Loyal Caron, a brother and sister in law Bucko (Brian) and Tammy Branham, a brother in law Robert Wood and several nieces and nephews. Robin was predeceased by his parents, Bronce and Elizabeth Branham, his wife Susie Branham, two brothers Russell and Charlie Branham, and a sister Bonnie Wood.
A celebration of Robin’s life will start at 4:00 PM, Tuesday September 13, 2016 at the American Legion Post #1619 in West Plattsburgh.
Donations in Robin’s memory may be made to the North Country Cancer Center.
