Ray A. Decker Sr.

Ray A. Decker Sr. , 94, of Westport, NY went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 13. He was born on June 26, 1926. A World War II Veteran, Ray served in the Army in Europe. He is survived by one son, Ray Jr. (Crete); two daughters, Darlene and Juanita (Dan), a daughter-in-law, Nancy; eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 71 years; his daughter Roberta and son Gordon. Ray was an avid hunter & wood craftsman. He enjoyed country music, traveling with his wife, spending time with his family and taking the North Country Honor Flight to Washington, DC. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
