Patricia “Pat” (Toussaint) DuBrey, Born Dec 9, 1935 was born in Mount Kisco, NY. She passed peacefully on May 24, 2022 in Plattsburgh NY, with family at her side.
Pat loved people. She could call a wrong number and talk for ½ hour to a stranger. Her son Lee use to laugh and say there are strangers out there that knew all about us after she stopped to a garage sale. Pat loved music of all kinds, She would entertain the others in her building by playing the piano or Organ in the day room. She enjoyed Coffee Hour, playing cards and working on Jigsaw Puzzles. Pat loved to read, draw, and paint. She was very gifted in that way. Her greatest love by far was her family. Pat was a mother that was deeply involved in anything her children pursued.
Through -out her children growing up, Pat was a Girl Scout leader, brownie leader, 4 H Leader. She was always there. On the side line with anything her children got involved in. Pat was a strong presence and an encouraging mascot. Her grandchildren and later her great grandchildren were the light of her life, when they walked in the room her eyes lit up and a grin covered her face. She went from Mom, to Grandma D, and lastly GG. She was always happiest with a youngster at her side. Pat was a free spirit with a tender heart and generous soul, and she will be missed by many.
