Otis John "Jack" Graves, 79, of Osewentha Drive in Lewis, passed away Wednesday August 20, 2014 at his home. He was orn in Fort Ann on October 6, 1934 son of the late Otis and Iris (Lash) Graves.
A graveside service will be held at 7:00 PM Friday August 22, 2014 at the Lewis Cemetery with Red. Fred Shaw officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Marvin-Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
