Leticia Hanchett

Leticia (Letty) Hanchett passed away on July 17th, 2023 at CVPH in Plattsburgh after a long battle with health issues.  She was born on February 12, 1974 in Hollis, OK.  She was predeceased by her parents, Maria Anita (Herrera) Luna and Robert G Rosales Sr. and great nephew Cole Warren Rivers. 

Letty was raised in Hollis, OK, moved to Nebraska and had children there but being with family drew her back to Oklahoma.  She met Michael while in Altus, OK and eventually moved to Plattsburgh, NY.  For most of her life, Letty was a homemaker and always enjoyed having her nieces, nephew and young cousins over to her home to make arts and crafts.  She loved being a mom to her boys and always enjoyed being around family. 

She is survived by her husband Michael Hanchett of Plattsburgh.  She is also survived by her children Aaron (Mary) Tabbytosavit of Plattsburgh, Junior Tabbytosavit of Vermont and Aiden Tabbytosavit of Plattsburgh.    She is also survived by her brother Robert Rosales Jr of Pampa, TX and her close sister and friend Liz (Johnny) Skaats in Hollis, OK.  Nieces and nephews include Mia Skaats of Hollis, OK,  Sebastian (Myriah) of Weatherford, OK, Vaness Rivers (Noah) of Pampa, TX and one great niece, Emily rivers of Pampa, TX.  Brother in laws are Trevin Hanchett  of Midland, TX, John (Nicole) of Witherbee, NY and Bill (Britt) Hanchett of Mineville, NY with four nieces and nephews on this side.  In laws John and Linda Hanchett of Moriah, NY. 

There were no calling hours.  Heald Funeral Home in Plattsburgh, NY took care of the arrangements.
