Kelvin F. Gagnier, 79, of Guilderland Center and formerly of Plattsburgh, passed away Sunday April 24, 2016 at the Guilderland Center nursing Home in Guilderland Center. He was born in Plattsburgh on September 24, 1936 son of the late Elmer and Florence (Bailey) Gagnier.
A graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday April 29, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Dannemora.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
