Joan LeClair

Joan M. LeClair, 38, of Keeseville, NY passed away at CVPH Medical Center on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Joan was born on November 18, 1985 to Sandra Lawrence-Bourland and Todd LeClair.

Joan worked at Champlain Valley Senior Community where she loved caring for her residents. She also attended Au Sable Valley School.

Joan was very compassionate and had a sense of humor in everything she did. Joan had a smile that always lit up a room. She also had six children that meant the world to her.

Joan is predeceased by her grandfather Clifford Lawrence and her uncle Joe O'Connor.

She is survived by her parents Sandra Lawrence-Bourland (Rich Taber) of Hopewell, Virginia and Todd (Amy) LeClair of Plattsburgh; six children, Elizabeth Kennedy, Todd LeClair Kennedy, Rayqwan LeClair, Airabelah LeClair, Kahlani LeClair and Jayo Weare; four brothers, Josh (Kirsten) LeClair of Keeseville, Evan (Kimmy) LeClair of Plattsburgh, Eli and Andrew Multop of Plattsburgh; one sister Dakota (Derek-Lewis) Martin of Port Henry; her niece and nephews Ella LeClair, Josh LeClair, Jacob LeClair; her grandmother Sherry Gumlaw; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Donations can be made to the Breast Cancer Association or the International Elephant Foundation.
