Jane C. Facteau

Jane C. Facteau, 90, of Military Turnpike Plattsburgh passed away on Tuesday, June 16,2020 with her daughter by her side under the care of Hospice of the North Country .She was born in Paul Smiths NY February 4,1930, the daughter of Gordon and Mary Tyler. She graduated from Saranac Lake High School in 1947.She married the love of her life, Donald Facteau, August 29,1947 and again December 23,2006. Jane retired from CVPH business office. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles and playing with her great -grand fur baby Rusty. Left to cherish her memories are her daughters, Mary(Joe)Blair her caregivers of Plattsburgh, Donna Mitchell of Davie Florida. Grandchildren, Kimberly(Travis) Longtin of Peru NY, Eric (Lindsey)Schneider of Ft. Lauderdale Florida, Brian(Kim) Schneider of Albany ,NY., Mark ( Rosanne) of Portland, Oregon, and Emily (Cory)Passino of Peru NY. Great grandchildren, Joshua Longtin, who she looked forward to him spending the nights and having smores or frosties, Ava and Emma Schneider, Olivia and Zachary Schneider. Daughter-in-law Susan Facteau. Sisters Fay(Wesley)Lester of Constable NY, Tharon Bovenkirk of Richmond Virginia. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Jane is preceded by her parents, her husband, her son Michael Facteau ,sisters Fannie Crary, Julia Bickerman, Margaret Little and a brother Gordon(Jeff)Tyler. At Jane's request there will be no calling hours and services will be at the convenience of the family. The family would like to thank Hospice of the North Country for their support and care during Jane's difficult time
