James C. Monty, 83, of Romeo Circle in Plattsburgh passed away Friday January 30, 2015 at the UVM Health Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh on July 27, 1931 son of the late George and Margaret (Powers) Monty.
