Gilman Saucier, 83 of Rte. 3 Cadyville, died June 13 2022 unexpectedly at Essex Center in Elizabethtown. He was born in Eagle Lake Maine, Aug. 6 1938, the son of Maxime and Marie Ann Saucier.
He enlisted in the Marines from 1956 to 1968 and was a proud Marine to serve his country. Gilman worked at Howard Johnson and received many awards and gifts for his long years of service till he retired. Gilman enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with his family and friends. He also enjoyed eating vanilla ice cream with maple syrup and loved animals and the outdoors.
Left to cherish the memory of Gilman are companion Lorriane Kezar, son Randy Saucier, daughter-in-law Zorlanda Saucier, brothers; Paul and Gerald Saucier, sisters; Beatrice Boyce, Diane and Jeff Currier, Betty and Dave Scott and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was predeceased by parents Maxime and Marie Ann Saucier, son Daniel Saucier, daughter-in-law Jennifer Saucier, brothers Roland Saucier, Maxime Saucier Jr., sister Geraldine Labbe, brother-in-laws Tom Labbe, and Al Boyce.
A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Saturday Jun 18, 2022 at Cadyville Protestant Cemetery.
