Geraldine Kwetcian

Geraldine (Gerry) Kwetcian, 93, of Lyon Mountain passed away on September 28, 2020 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home. She was born in Altona on March 12, 1927 to the late Edward and Melvina (Duquette) Gardner. She lived in Lyon Mountain for 73 years. She retired from Tru- Stitch in Malone where she worked as a seamstress for 25 years. Gerry enjoyed working in her yard and her gardens and especially loved decorating for Christmas.
She was predeceased by her husband Anthony R Kwetcian and son Joseph A Kwetcian, her brothers Maynard, Robert, Lionel, Alden, Lester and sister Hortense Williamson.
She is survived by daughters Jeanie (Dan) Cupoli of Marcellus, NY and Jill (Tom) Baughn of Cadyville, NY. Five grandchildren Danielle Blossom, Kimberly Getman, Heidi Smith, Thomas Baughn and Keegan Kwetcian. Six great- grandchildren, Dominic and Kyria Getman, Silas and Sadie Baughn, Riley Baughn and Hannah Dresser. She is also survived by her sister Georgianna Hogle and her sister in law Janice Garner.
Gerry will have a graveside service at St Bernard’s Church in Lyon Mountain Saturday, October 10th at 2:30pm.
