George Landon

George Thomas Landon, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend passed away on August 25, 2024, at the Elizabethtown Community Hospital after a long illness. Born on February 7, 1942, George was a hardworking man who dedicated over 25 years of his life to the Ticonderoga mill as a Pulp Mill Operator.

He found joy in training and shoeing horses, hunting, training dogs, and expressing his creativity through leatherwork. One of his greatest pleasures was visiting his son in Texas, cherishing the time spent with him.

He is survived by his wife Donna (Pulsifer) Landon; his son Mark Landon, his daughter Kim, and husband Bill Snow; a step-son, Donald Smith and his wife Melissa; grandchildren Lauren and husband Bobby Bednar, Dustin Landon and partner Alexis McKee, Justin Snow, Dominic Smith, and Victoria Smith; and great-grandchildren Carver Bednar and River Landon.

A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
