Gaynelle Gay Gutierrez

Gaynelle “Gay” Gutierrez, 93, of Westport passed away Thursday November 11, 2021 at Champlain Valley Senior Living in Willsboro. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on January 20, 1928 daughter of the late William and Emma (Jones) Minnix.
Gay is survived by her son Steven Fleury and his wife Diane LaMountain of Westport, one daughter Marie Libby and her husband Richard of Manassas, VA., granddaughters Katie Fluery of Memphis, TN., Joelle Nesbitt of Westport, great grandchildren, Edward Nesbitt and Allanah Nesbitt. She is also survived by a large Fluery family throughout the North East.
Calling hours will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday November 21, 2021 at Heald Funeral Home, 7521 Court Street, Elizabethtown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Monday November 22, 2021 at St. Philip Neri Church in Westport. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
