Doris C. Guynup

Doris C, Guynup, 82, of Rugar Street in Plattsburgh passed away Friday February 6, 2015 at UVM Heath Network CVPH in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 22, 1932 daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel (Smart) Reid.
Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed reading and afternoon soaps.
Doris is survived by her husband of 60 years, whom she married in March of 1954, her children; Carolyn Macey and her husband Gary of Morrisonville, Debbie Warren and her husband Roy of Beekmantown, William Guynup, Jr. of Peru, Michael Guynup and wife Laura of West Plattsburgh, Thomas Guynup and his wife Wendy of Beekmantown, Terry Guynup and his wife Tammy of Cadyville, David Guynup and his wife Dina of Beekmantown, 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
At Doris’ request there will be no calling hours. Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Donations in Doris’ memory may be made charity of one’s choice.
