Dawn M. (Otis) Santor, 67, of Rushford Road, passed away Tuesday December6, 2022 at her home after a long struggle with multiple sclerosis. Dawn was born August 10, 1955, in Elizabethtown, NY to Gordon and Thelma Otis.
Dawn was preceded in death by her father, Gordon, and his wife, Thelma. She is survived by her brothers, Gregory, (Jill) Otis, Kenneth, (Judy) Otis, one sister, Debby, (David) Oliver, her caring companion, Michael Smith, and two children, Sherry LaCounte, and Steven La Counte.
A memorial service will be held later in the spring at the convenience of the family.
