Crystal A. Griffin

Crystal Anne Griffin, 61, went into the arms of our Lord on Sunday, February 6, 2022. She was born in Plattsburgh and was residing in Dannemora at the time of her death.
She retired from Clinton Correctional Facility in 2014. She loved gardening, swimming and anything creative or unique. Crystal would always do her best to make everyone happy and loved us all so very much.
She is survived by her husband Sean, daughter Kimberly and her husband Justin Degon, son Robert Gifford, son Isaac Gifford and his wife Afaf. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren Ariel Waldron, Leland Degon, Jason Waldron Jr., Jocelyn Degon and Isaac Gifford Jr. She is also survived by her mother, Sylvia and her husband William Robinson, and three-step brothers, Jonathan, Kristopher, and Eric. She also leaves behind her uncle James and his wife Diane Lafountain, and countless other family and friends.
Calling hours will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday February 11, 2022 at Heald Funeral Home at 48 Court St. in Plattsburgh. A prayer service will follow at 6:00 PM. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
