Cheryl F. Garrant

Cheryl F. Garrant, 75 of West Chazy, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the Keene Valley Neighborhood House in Keene Valley. Cheryl was born August 7, 1944 in Plattsburgh, the daughter of Arthur A. James and Katherine E. (Favaro) James.

Cheryl married Camille J. Garrant on August 8, 1970 in Peru, at the Peru Community Church. Cheryl was employed at Beekmantown Central School for 27 years and touched many lives. Cheryl loved her grandchildren dearly, and they were her pride and joy.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter Melinda M. Griffin and her companion Richard E. Fuller of West Chazy, Stepson James M. Garrant(Amy) and family of Ballston Spa, Grandchildren Colbie A. Griffin of Schuyler Falls, Katherine M.E. Griffin and Chloie E. Lashway of West Chazy, Sisters Dawn M. Woodley and her husband Donald K. Woodley of West Chazy, Pamela K. Howe and her Husband Morgan S. Howe of West Chazy, One Aunt and Uncle June(Carl) Sears of Cadyville, One Nephew Jerry J. Relation II(Bonnie) and family of Chazy Lake, and several nieces, and cousins. Cheryl was predeceased by her Husband, Parents, and Brother-In-Law Jerry J. Relation.

There will be no Calling Hours or Funeral Services at the request of Cheryl. Arrangements are entrusted to Heald Funeral Home, 48 Court Street Plattsburgh
