Brock Pynes

March 29, 2005 — August 6, 2024

Brock Alexander Pynes, was such an amazing person with the biggest smile that could light up a room. At first when meeting Brock, he was so quiet and kept to himself. But once he opened up, he was such a goofball, with a witty sense of humor and to the point. Brock's humor always brought smiles to those around him. If anyone he knew was having a bad day, he'd crack jokes and do whatever he had to do just to make your day a little brighter. He had the biggest personality that everyone will cherish and forever keep in our hearts.

A vibrant and beloved soul, will be dearly missed as we celebrate his life filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories. Born on March 29, 2005, in Clermont, FL, he brought joy to all with his infectious humor and immensely fun personality. His life was tragically cut short while riding his beloved motorcycle on August 6, 2024 in the town of North Hudson, New York.

Brock was known for his passion for American cuisine, particularly his love for Chicken Fingers and Sloppy Joes. Despite his aversion to cheese, his love for pizza knew no bounds, a quirky detail that added to his endearing character. His penchant for asking "What's for dinner?" will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

He was a motorcycle enthusiast, finding joy on the open road. His favorite thing to do was ride his motorcycle. Anytime he had the chance to talk about his bike or riding, he'd take it. Any chance he could, he was on his bike. He found joy in playing Monopoly, humorously attributing his financial acumen to the classic board game. Memories of carefree days spent at the park in Schroon Lake and thrilling moments at the Citrus County Speedway in Florida will forever resonate with those who knew him best. Brock was a really hard worker. He worked for the Essex County Sheriff's Office where he made not only friends but a family. Outside of work, Brock also enjoyed mechanics and working on anything with an engine. A skilled mechanic, Brock excelled in working on trucks, showcasing his talents in a way that truly set him apart. He also loved spending time with friends, family, and his dog Jack.

As a proud Corrections Officer at the Essex County Sheriff's Office, Brock dedicated himself wholeheartedly to his work and took immense pride in his role within the government. His commitment and service to his community will not be forgotten.
