Bonnie Bond

Miss Bonnie "Tootsie" Bond, 67, of West Chazy, passed away on April 3rd, 2025, at the CVPH SNF in the early morning with her sister, Kathy Bushey, by her side.

Bonnie was born in Plattsburgh on November 9th, 1957 to the late Lawrence & Joan LaPierre.

Bonnie worked at the Chazy Orchard for several years. She was a sweet soul who could light up any room with her spunky personality. She loved to volunteer in the cancer unit at CVPH & also enjoyed playing cards and bingo with her friends.

She is survived by her sister Kathy Bushey & significant other, Neil Dupee. She had many nieces and nephews that she cherished dearly, including her niece Mandy Bushey & her nephew Shane Bushey & his wife Tina Bushey from West Chazy. Her great-nieces, Kaylee Blaise, Kagen Lacey, Zoey Bushey, Shaylene Laramie, Kendra Bushey & her significant other, Michael Hilliker & her great-great-nephew Emmet Hilliker. She's also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A warm & sincere thank you to all of the staff and residents at the CVPH SNF that helped make it a loving home for Bonnie over the last decade. You all meant the entire world to her and more.

At Bonnie's request, there will be no services.
