Betty Christian

Betty Jean Christian, a loving mother and devoted homemaker, peacefully passed away on February 27, 2024. She was born on August 27, 1936, in Westport, NY to Elbert and Julia Howard.

Survived by her beloved children: Danny Christian, Rosalie (James) Schreiber, Carolyn (Michael) Felock, Florence (Richard) Bernardy, Pamela (Larry) Spring, John (Rita) Christian, Susan Bullock, and James (Shannon) Christian. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her children Richard Christian and Paula Christian Perkett, as well as her parents.

Betty's legacy of love and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of her family.

A visitation to honor and celebrate Betty's life will be held at Heidrick Funeral Home in Elizabethtown on March 6, 2024, from 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. Friends, family, and acquaintances are invited to join in sharing memories and paying their respects to a woman who touched the lives of many.

Betty Jean Christian's presence in this world will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever shine brightly in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
