Beatrice H. Herdman, 80, of Prospect Ave., and formerly of Hamilton St., passed away Wednesday July 27, 2016 at Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility in Plattsburgh. She was born in Plattsburgh on August 14, 1934 daughter of the late Albert and Carrie Depo.
Bea worked at the Elks club, National Bank and Holiday Inn until her retirement in 2008. She enjoyed Crocheting, traveling and cooking.
Bea is survived by her companion of 33 years, Robert Christenson of Plattsburgh, a daughter Debbie Herdman of Peru, a son Roywell Herdman of Plattsburgh, a sister Brenda Filio of
AuSable Forks, her caregiver and granddaughter Courtney Nelson of Saranac, six grandchildren, Bryan, Amanda, John, Lawrence, Amber and Jo-Ellen, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a daughter Wendy Frary.
Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Donations in her memory may be made to Meadowbrook Healthcare Facility.
