Anne Hoffman, 84, formerly of Millford, PA, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016, at her home, Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, with friends by her side. Anne was born in Rochelle Park, New Jersey on September 1, 1932 to the late Anne and William Christman.
Anne is survived by, her many, many friends, and honorary family members at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. Anne, you will be dearly missed. Anne was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, her husband of many happy years.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 4th, 2017 from 2 to 3:30PM at Plattsburgh Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, 8 Bushey Boulevard, Plattsburgh, NY.
Arrangements are entrusted to Heald Funeral home, located at 48 Court St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
