Albert Michael Carter

Albert M. Carter Jr. passed away at home. Born in Rhineback, N.Y. to Albert Carter Sr. and Evelyn Lapier (Heath) who both predeceased him.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy (Mahar)Carter; son, Michael (Holly) Carter; daughters, Joelene (Kevin) Wilson, Jessica (Tom) Miller, Anna and Rachelle Carter. 13 grandchildren, Kaila Rose, Trinity, Tristan, Trent, Jamell, Kathasia, Kaila Shanice (predeceased) Diannah, Izahia, Zane, Natalia, Ethan, Brooke and three great grandchildren. And his devoted cat Toby. Siblings Peter, Sandra, Homer (Robin) predeceased by Gordon (Kathy) & Beverly. Also a host of nephews and nieces .
He received his associates degree from Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, N.Y. Albert enjoyed church, family vacations & watching his grandsons wrestle. The most joy in his life was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Services will be on Thursday, April 12th at Heald funeral Home in Plattsburgh from 5-7 pm
